Dear America,
Wednesday, November 5th, 2008Thank you!!! In all of my 24 years I have never been so happy and excited to be an American. I could not stop tearing up last night as I watched the election results come in and all of the people in Chicago and across the world. When Barack Obama came onto the stage to give his speech I could not stop smiling. I so wish I could have been there to see it in person. His speech was so inspirational and made me proud to call him My President.
I am filled with hope.
