<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>Pan-Fried Salmon Cakes</strong></p>

<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1 &#8211; 14.75 oz. can pink or red salmon</li>
<li>2 large eggs</li>
<li>1 cup cracker crumbs</li>
<li>1/3 cup milk</li>
<li>1/3 cup fresh chopped parsley</li>
<li>1/2 tsp. kosher salt</li>
<li>1 tsp. Old Bay Garlic &amp; Herb seasoning</li>
<li>1/4 tsp. ground black pepper</li>
<li>Vegetable Oil</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Directions</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Drain salmon and remove skin and bones.</li>
<li>Mix salmon, eggs, cracker crumbs, milk and parsley in medium bowl. Add salt,  pepper and seasoning and mix until seasonings are incorporated.</li>
<li>Divide mixture into six even portions, then pat into round cakes approx. 1/2  inch thick on wax paper.</li>
<li>Heat 1/4 inch of vegetable oil in large skillet to 350 degrees. Place 2-3  salmon cakes in oil and fry until golden brown on each side, turning halfway  through cooking, approx. 6 minutes. Drain on paper towels and repeat with  remaining salmon cakes.</li>
<li>Serve with tartar sauce, cocktail sauce, or aioli.</li>
</ol>
