How sweet is this video of April and Jeremy’s elopement!?! It is always refreshing to see a couple go against the norm and make their day truly about the two of them. This is exactly the kind of wedding Shayne and I would like to have. We just need to work up the courage to “reclaim our wedding” just like the couple in the video. After months and months of searching I’ve finally found my dream wedding gown. I was looking for something short with a vintage feeling and could not find anything. Then I came across Dolly Couture and the Avila Bay gown. I am beyond excited and cannot wait until this dress is mine! That being said it is more than I had planned on spending but I think it will be worth it. I love the lace and sweetheart neckline and cannot stop staring at the pictures!

A big wedding isn’t for everyone (especially Shayne and I) so for those of you that are thinking of eloping here is some inspiration. The bride carried balloons instead of a typical bouquet of flowers. Following their vows they had a gorgeous picnic with a mini-wedding cake and champagne. The bride made the cake and even sculpted the cake topper!
